Terms of Sale

• These terms apply to all transactions conducted through our website, in-store, telephonically, via email, WhatsApp or any other official sales channel operated by Chaos Computers.
• While every effort is made to ensure product information, pricing, specifications and availability are accurate and up to date, errors and omissions may occur.
• Chaos Computers reserves the right to amend pricing, specifications, promotions, product information or availability without prior notice.
• Orders may be cancelled where pricing errors, supplier feed issues, discontinued products or stock shortages occur.
• Supplier warehouse stock displayed online may not always reflect real-time availability.
• Verbal quotations, estimated lead times and stock confirmations remain subject to final supplier confirmation and invoicing.
• No goods will be released, dispatched or collected until full payment has cleared into our bank account.

Delivery Policy

• We deliver throughout South Africa using approved courier partners.
• Delivery lead times vary depending on stock availability, supplier processing, destination and courier schedules.
• Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and cannot always be guaranteed.
• Free delivery promotions apply only to qualifying products where specifically indicated.
• Delivery charges are calculated during checkout where applicable.
• Delays caused by suppliers, couriers, import processes or customs clearance are beyond our control.

Warranty & Returns

• Warranty claims should preferably be returned to our physical store in Claremont, Cape Town.
• Standard warranty procedures may require up to 2 to 3 weeks for assessment, repair, replacement or supplier processing.
• Instant swap-outs are only available within 7 days from invoice date and remain subject to replacement stock availability.
• Refunds or credits are only considered for products returned in complete condition with original packaging, accessories and supporting documentation.
• Products showing signs of misuse, liquid damage, physical damage or tampering may not qualify for warranty coverage.
• Special-order, imported or customised products may carry supplier-specific return conditions or cancellation fees.

Errors & Omissions

Although we make every reasonable effort to ensure accuracy across our website and marketing material, occasional errors relating to pricing, specifications, images or availability may occur.

Chaos Computers reserves the right to correct such errors, cancel affected orders and issue refunds where necessary.

Privacy Policy

Chaos Computers takes reasonable steps to protect customer personal information in accordance with applicable South African legislation including POPIA and PAIA.

Customer information may be used for order processing, communication, support, warranty handling and operational purposes.

Sensitive payment information is processed securely through approved payment gateways and is not stored directly on our servers.
