The Transcend MTE255S 1TB is a high-performance PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD designed for gaming PCs, content creation systems, workstations and performance-focused upgrades. Using a PCIe Gen4 x4 interface, it delivers sequential read speeds of up to 7,400MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 5,200MB/s.
Built with 3D NAND flash, the MTE255S delivers random performance of up to 660,000 read IOPS and 500,000 write IOPS. An integrated graphene heatsink helps dissipate heat while retaining a slim, single-sided M.2 2280 design suitable for a wide range of compatible systems.
