Transcend 245S 4TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD
The Transcend 245S 4TB is a high-capacity PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD designed for gaming PCs, content creation systems, workstations and users who need substantial high-speed storage. Using a PCIe Gen4 x4 interface with NVMe 1.4, it delivers sequential read speeds of up to 5,300MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 4,000MB/s.
Built with 3D NAND flash, the 245S delivers random performance of up to 390,000 read IOPS and 630,000 write IOPS. Its integrated graphene heatsink assists with heat dissipation while retaining an ultra-thin, single-sided M.2 2280 design suitable for compatible desktops, notebooks and ultrabooks.
With a massive 4TB capacity and 2,400 TBW endurance rating, the 245S is well suited to large gaming libraries, high-resolution media, professional applications and storage-intensive workloads where both capacity and performance matter.
