The Transcend 245S 1TB is a high-performance M.2 NVMe SSD designed for gaming PCs, desktops, notebooks and demanding everyday storage upgrades. Using a PCIe Gen4 x4 interface with NVMe 1.4, the 1TB model delivers sequential read speeds of up to 5,000MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 4,000MB/s.
Built with 3D NAND flash and a multi-channel controller, the MTE245S delivers random performance of up to 500,000 read IOPS and 630,000 write IOPS. A slim graphene heatsink helps dissipate heat while maintaining the compact M.2 2280 form factor required by compatible desktops and notebooks.
With a 600 TBW endurance rating, 2,000,000-hour MTBF and five-year limited warranty, the 245S provides a strong combination of Gen4 performance, capacity and long-term reliability.
